Our products Our products are personalized and made to order. Because each piece is engraved individually from the photo you provide, results naturally vary, and product images are illustrative and show the idea rather than an exact preview of your item. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different on screen than in person.
Personalization content When you upload a photo, name, or text, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We may decline or cancel any order containing content we reasonably believe violates these terms or the rights of others.
Pricing and payment All prices are shown in US dollars. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout.
Shipping and returns Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property All content on this store, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Noxelo or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Prohibited uses You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability Except for our 30-Day Guarantee, the store and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noxelo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
