How does personalization work?

For the Forever Portrait Necklace, you upload a photo of your pet and choose a name to engrave. We turn that photo into a hand-engraved portrait on the pendant, paired with the engraved name. Every piece is made to order, just for you.

What makes a good photo?

Upload a clear, well-lit photo with your pet's full face in view. Close-up photos work best — the more detail we can see, the better the engraved portrait turns out.

Silver or Gold — what's the difference?

It's a matter of finish and style. Both are crafted from 304 stainless steel, so the choice comes down to which tone you love more.

What is the keepsake space?

Select pieces include a small keepsake space — room for a lock of fur, a whisker, a tiny note, or a small amount of ashes, so a piece of them can travel with you.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship free within the US only. Every order is made to order and personalized, so please allow time for production before it ships.
