Why we only sell one thing

Noxelo started with an unglamorous observation: almost nobody brushes their pet's teeth.

Every vet recommends doing it daily. Every owner nods, buys the little brush and the meat-flavoured paste, tries twice, and puts it in a drawer. Years later comes a conversation about anesthesia and a bill nobody planned for.

The advice isn't wrong. It's just written for a pet that doesn't exist.

So we built for the pet you actually have

We weren't looking for the most thorough routine on paper. We were looking for the one people are still doing eight months later. That turned out to be ten seconds with a spray — or a couple of sprays into the water bowl on the days your dog isn't in the mood to negotiate.

Smaller promise than brushing. But it's a promise people keep, and in dental care consistency is most of the game.

Why it costs $26 and not $45

We ship directly from our production partner rather than paying to warehouse inventory in the US. That's the entire reason a bottle costs what it costs, and it's why delivery takes 7 to 10 days.

We put that on the product page, before you pay. Not in a confirmation email afterwards.

Our standards

This category has a reputation, and it earned it. Dramatic before-and-after photos. Reviews written by people who never bought anything. Subscriptions that are easy to start and mysteriously hard to leave. Returns routed to an address on the other side of the world.

We hold a different line:

  • No subscriptions. You buy when you want to. There is nothing to cancel.
  • Every review is from a verified buyer. We would rather show fewer of them than invent any.
  • We tell you what this doesn't do. It won't remove hardened tartar — nothing you can buy will. That's your vet's job. What it does is act on the film before it gets there.
  • Sixty days to change your mind, and you keep the bottle. No forms, no photos, nothing to ship back.

When you email us, a person answers

Same person, usually within one business day. No ticket queue, no bot asking you to rephrase your question.
