If it's not right, we'll make it right.

Because every NOXELO piece is personalized and made to order, we're not able to offer unlimited or change-of-mind returns. But we do stand behind the quality and accuracy of every order. Our Made Right Guarantee covers:

• Items damaged in transit
• Manufacturing defects
• Personalization errors that are our fault (for example, a misspelled name or an incorrect engraving that doesn't match what you submitted)

If any of the above applies to your order, contact us at contact@noxelo.co with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
